Senior Cabin Leader (18+):
Dates: June 30, 2026 – Aug 14, 2026
Pay: $350/week
Primary purpose: Care for and lead a cabin full of campers each week, following a schedule and making sure yourself and the campers are at each function on-time throughout the day. Guiding the kids through Spiritual leadership and their personal relationship with God.
Responsibilities:
- Cabin leader:
- Assigned a cabin of 5-10 campers
- Get to know each kid individually, build relationships
- Be kind, caring, compassionate, and loving
- Create an inclusive environment within the cabin and group of campers
- Meet the campers basic needs
- Be punctual, following the schedule provided to you each week
- Lead by example
- Spiritual Mentor:
- Disciple your campers
- Disciple your junior cabin leader
- Be discipled by leadership
- Follow the theme of the summer, lead your campers through it
- Lead cabin times of bible study and discussion
- Lead cabin through times of prayer
- Team Member:
- Support each other
- Participate in all activities with the campers
- Participate in the worship
- Be inclusive
- Participate in the wide games
- Activity Block
- Lead skill blocks twice a day
- This can be something you are passionate about or you will be assigned to one
- Examples of skill blocks are: Survival, Swimming/Watersports (lifeguard certificate required), Crafts, Archery.
